We’re proud to be partnering with BBBS to prove the efficacy of our methods. We’ll be running clinical trials with the Middle Tennessee Nashville branch of BBBS starting this summer.
We’re also thrilled to be working with Friends of the Children. Friends of the Children is a nationwide organization that breaks the cycle of generational poverty. The National Network Office supports chapters and affiliates and leads national efforts to scale the model so that more of our nation’s highest-risk children receive a Friend.
“That’s what ‘My Brother’s Keeper’ is all about. Helping more of our young people stay on track. Providing the support they need to think more broadly about their future. Building on what works – when it works, in those critical life-changing moments.”
– President Barack Obama, February 27, 2014
Beginning this fall, MentorHub NU is being rolled out to all NU students. Navigating university life can be challenging and when challenges arise students need personalized just-in-time and proactive support that is efficient, effective, and trusted. Based on the science of “supportive accountability,” MentorHub NU streamlines the support process and connects you with the support you need when you need it.
Peraj-adopta un amig@ es un programa nacional en el que jóvenes universitarios realizan su Servicio Social como mentores (uno a uno) de niños de primarias públicas, apoyándolos y motivándolos para desarrollar su máximo potencial.
